iPhone SE topped the rating of smartphones that the most satisfied owners
The organization of American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) published the results of another study which was conducted to assess the satisfaction of users with their smartphones.
A year ago, the rating was headed by the phablet Samsung Galaxy Note 5, second place went to the iPhone 6S Plus, followed by Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, Galaxy Note 4 and iPhone 6S.
Despite the General trend toward larger screen sizes of smartphones, this year’s first place managed to take a four-inch smartphone iPhone SE, which received 87 points out of a possible 100. For 86 points received my S6 and iPhone 7 Plus.
More 20 models of smartphones included in the list, priced from 70 to 85 points. Almost all of them released by Apple and Samsung. Exceptions were the Moto G and LG G4, which received 75 and 73 points respectively.
The rating was compiled on the basis of a survey of more than 36 thousand U.S. users, which was conducted from may 2016 to April 2017.
