Intel revealed details about mini PC NUC NUC6CAY processor-based Celeron J3455 (Apollo Lake)

The company Intel has published on the official website a document which shows all the technical details about the new version of mini PC NUC: device with part number NUC6CAY is based on a SoC Celeron J3455 — the representative of the family Apollo Lake.

Of Intel Celeron J3455 includes a Quad-core CPU with frequency of 1.5-2.3 GHz and GPU HD Graphics 500. SoC supports 8 GB of RAM, installing more RAM in the NUC NUC6CAY provided for two slots. The design also provides for installation of one drive size 2.5 inches with interface SATA 6GB/s height 9.5 mm.

Among the interface connectors NUC NUC6CAY four USB 3.0 (two on rear and front panel), HDMI 2.0 (HDMI CEC), D-Sub, network RJ-45 connector, connected to the adapter Realtek 8111HN. Each includes adapter size M. 2 2230 that implements Wi-Fi 802.11 ac and Bluetooth 4.2.

Also in the configuration of the NUC NUC6CAY two microphones and receiver IR signals.

Dimensions mini PC — 101.6 x 101.6 mm. the Device will be available in two versions, in kit form for Assembly (NUC6CAYH), as well as pre-configured system (NUC6CAYS) with 2 GB of RAM, module eMMC capacity of 32 GB and preinstalled Microsoft Windows 10 Home.
