IFA 2017: Acer introduced the projectors VL7860 and P8800
The company Acer has announced preactor VL7860 and P8800. The first is designed for home cinema enthusiasts, and P8800 choice for those looking for a high quality device for installation in public areas or large premises.
Acer VL7860 allows you to display picture diagonal of 120 inches at a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels, the projector is characterized by a brightness of 3,000 lumens and a contrast ratio of 1,500,000:1. The system of dynamic adjustment of power diode DynamicBlack is used to obtain the natural black color on the screen. The projector supports extended color gamut (110% color space Rec. 709) and is compatible with Rec. 2020 (BT.2020). AcuMotion technology is responsible for creating the intermediate frames to give smooth most dynamic scenes.
The projector has two speakers with a capacity of 5 Watts, which allow to abandon the use of external speakers.
VL7860 is positioned as the world’s most compact laser projector with 4K resolution support. Eco mode operations based on the lamp life up to 30,000 hours.
The Acer projector P8800 used technologies AcuMotion and TI XPR, it also supports output images in 4K resolution. In addition, the device has a brightness of 5000 lumens and a contrast ratio of 1,200,000:1.
System Crestron Network System allows to connect to the projector through a local network and work with images to multiple users. Acer P8800 easy to install anywhere thanks to the motorized adjustment of the image scale with the increase to 1.96 X the possibility of vertical and horizontal lens shift, and its location in the Central part of the projector.
