Huawei moved into third place in the ranking of the largest suppliers of smartphones in China. Lead Oppo and Vivo
The head of the analytical company IHS Kevin Wang (Kevin Wang) has published on his page in the social network Weibo ranking of Chinese vendors of smartphones in the third quarter of the current calendar year.
In the first place, which for a long time kept company Huawei, was claimed by the company Oppo. Unit BBK shipped to China, 22 million smartphones during the quarter, taking 18% of the local market.
Second place went to another subsidiary company called BBK Vivo delivery of products which has grown to 19 million smartphones (market share 16%). Huawei also got only the third place with 18 million smartphones, its share dropped to 15%. According to the company, in the second quarter, Huawei shipped 32 million smartphones.
Xiaomi took fourth place, while the company sold 12 million smartphones, occupying 10% of the market. A quarter earlier the company was able to deliver 15.2 million mobile devices. The top five closes Apple, which could sell 11 million iPhones for the quarter.
Thanks to Oppo and Vivo total Chinese smartphone market in the third quarter increased by 15% compared to the same period a year earlier, while overall smartphone shipments amounted to 123 million devices.
