Huawei has acquired the Israeli company Toga Networks

Huawei, according to a source, bought Israeli company Toga Networks. Toga Networks engaged in research activities in the field of information technology and telecommunications.

In particular, the company is developing switches, routers, systems, cloud storage and data centers.

The transaction value is not known, but some evidence suggests the amount of more than $ 150 million. Previously it was assumed that Toga Networks is a subsidiary of Huawei, however, both companies denied it.
