Google and Ivyrevel working on a application that uses user data to create unique clothes

Google is collaborating with fashion brand Ivyrevel developing an app which can help to create clothes, considering the needs of a particular client.

The app is called Coded Couture and its peculiarity is that the app determines the needs of the user, not the user. The fact that uses various smartphone sensors, weather data in the region, travel information, sports activities, etc, to form requirements for future clothing, which the developers call Data Dress.

However, as the above data affect the style of clothing and its colour is unclear. But it’s still largely an experiment, designed to show the potential use of everyday data about users to form a better understanding of their needs.

At the moment the app is still in stage of closed alpha testing. It can be expected that his work will eventually show on some event or fashion show.
