Gaming laptop Acer Nitro 5 is equipped with discrete Nvidia and AMD graphics cards

Acer has expanded the range of gaming notebooks model Nitro 5. The novelty is equipped with IPS screen diagonal of 15.6 inch with Full HD and discrete Nvidia and AMD graphics cards – Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 or GTX 1050 Ti and AMD Radeon RX 550. In the latter case, the configuration will be prescribed and the AMD – APU seventh generation (Bristol Ridge). Thus, Nitro 5 out of the few laptops that you can buy with an Intel processor and Nvidia graphics card and the CPU and «graphics» AMD.

Also, the device can be equipped with 32 GB of RAM DDR4-2400 MHz SSD up to 512 GB and hard drive capacity up to 2 TB. Among the interface connectors — one USB 3.1 Type-C, one USB 3.0 Type-A, two USB 2.0 and one HDMI 2.0.

Acer Nitro 5 uses a proprietary cooling system with two Coolboost fan and keyboard features red backlighting. Also claimed to support Dolby Audio Premium.

The novelty will go on sale in Europe, Middle East and Africa in August and will be offered at a price of 1100 Euro. In North America prices are traditionally more democratic – from $800.
