Fujitsu and Lenovo will postpone the merging of the industries producing personal computers

In the autumn of last year reported that Fujitsu and Lenovo can become strategic partners in the PC market. Then a joint Declaration was issued in which it was said that the company is «exploring strategic cooperation in the field of research, development, design and production of personal computers for the global market».

According to new reports, Fujitsu and Lenovo will delay the conclusion of the transaction, aimed at combining the industries producing personal computers, at least until April. And, maybe, at a later date. This was reported by a source with reference to the Japanese Agency, NHK, which States that the parties hoped to conclude the negotiations and sign the agreement before the end of March. The reason for the delay is not named.
