In the spring of this year the American startup Arovia introduced the unusual concept of foldable display projection SPUD (Spontaneous Pop-up Display), which is in working condition and offers the users a screen diagonal of 24 inches with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels with an aspect ratio of 16:9.
Recently on Kickstarter was launched the campaign to raise funds for the release of SPUD. The developers planned to collect 33 thousand dollars, they managed it in just 35 minutes. Having overcome a mark in 100 thousand dollars, the developers have promised to add to SPUD the built-in stereo speakers. At the moment, has already collected almost 190 thousand, and there is still 43 days.
