Embedded solid state drive SanDisk iNAND 7250A is designed for automotive electronics
Western Digital has announced the release of embedded SSD SanDisk iNAND 7250A. The latter support 7250A is designed for automotive electronics. According to the manufacturer, it is well suited for driver assistance systems, control, diagnostics, navigation and infotainment systems. Given the scope of the iNAND 7250A is guaranteed to retain efficiency in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 105°C. Also available in a variation designed for temperatures from -40°C to 85°C.
The proposed storage volume of 8, 16, 32 and 256 GB. It meets the specifications e.MMC 5.1.
The sequential read speed of iNAND 7250A up to 300 MB/s, sequential write speed of 110 MB/s.
Study samples iNAND 7250A is already available.
