Docking station Toshiba WiGig Dock using a wireless connection IEEE 802.11 ad

Toshiba announced the sale of the wireless docking station WiGig Toshiba Dock. To connect to the laptop it uses the connection corresponding IEEE 802.11 ad (the use of such devices is legal in Russia since March of this year). Channel with a capacity of 4.62 GB/s gives you the opportunity to connect with Toshiba WiGig Dock up to seven peripherals, including multiple displays. A link with one connected laptop installed automatically once it is within range. For laptops without the support of WiGig dock, you can connect using the USB port.

When using wireless station supports one monitor with resolutions up to 2560×1600 pixels, or two display resolution of 1920×1200 pixels. For a wired connection via USB-C station supports one monitor with resolutions up to 3840×2160 pixels or two display resolution of 1920×1200 pixels. In addition to HDMI and DisplayPort, in the configuration of the dock has a Gigabit Ethernet port, two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports, and a headset Jack.
