Court of the European Union will make a decision on the appeal of Intel until next year

As you know, back in 2009, Intel was fined in the European Union at 1.06 billion euros. More specifically, the European Commission adopted a decision to fine Intel on such amount for the violation of European antitrust laws. However, in 2012, it was reported, that Intel is trying to challenge the fine. According to the new information, the decision on the appeal of Intel will be made no earlier than next year.

The outcome will have significance not only for Intel, violated rules in the market of processors for PCs, but also for other major violators of European antitrust laws — Google and Qualcomm.
