Computer equipment Apple tops satisfaction rating of American users 13th year in a row
The organization of American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) conducted another study to assess the degree of satisfaction to the American users of computer technology, including desktop PCs, laptops, tablets.
The survey was attended by about 3500 users. Apple topped the ranking the 13th consecutive year, received 84 points out of a possible 100, as in the previous year.
With a minimum margin (83/100) for second place was Samsung, which last year received a score of 78/100. In third place with its Kindle line, the company was Аmazon in a score of 80/100 78/100 against a year earlier.
Stronger than all in the ranking leapt Acer, which climbed to fourth place, improving his score with up to 70/100 78/100. Followed by Asus, Dell, HP, Lenovo and Toshiba, which have received praise from up to 73/100 78/100.
With the announcement of a new MacBook Pro and MacBook Air, which is expected in October, Apple will make the claim to leadership in this rating in a year.
