Camera rugged Nikon Coolpix W300 shoots 4K video

Nikon introduced a compact camera rugged Coolpix W300. The device is addressed to lovers of active pastime. It is not afraid of dust, can withstand immersion to a depth of 30 m and a fall from a height up to 2.4 meters, keeps working at low temperatures down to -10°C.

Basis camera is image sensor type CMOS with reverse exposure. Format sensor — 1/2,3 inches (6,17 x 4,55 mm) resolution — 16 MP. The sensor works in tandem with stabilized lens with EGF 24-100 mm. Maximum aperture when you zoom the focal length changes from F/2.8 to F/4,9.

Photographer available sensitivity range of ISO 125-6400, six white balance settings, including custom, shutter speed from 1/4000 to 1 second, continuous shooting speed of 7 fps and a lot of plot programs.

The camera supports a video resolution up to 4K (3840 x 2160 pixels) with a frame rate of 30 fps. Reducing the resolution up to Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels), you can increase the fps to 60 and even 120 fps.

Camera equipment includes a three-inch fixed display resolution 921 000 points, effective distance up to 5.2 m flash, GPS receiver, interfaces USB 2.0, HDMI, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth. As removable media are used SD card, SDHC or SDXC. In addition, there are 473 MB of internal flash memory.

With dimensions 112 x 66 x 29 mm camera weighs 231 g. on a single charge it can do 280 pictures.
