Camera Nikon D850 is a reduced version of the Nikon D5

The source claims that camera Nikon D850, which recently reported the manufacturer will be «children’s» version of the flagship model of the Nikon D5. In other words, the starting point in the design of D850 was the model D5, not D810.

According to preliminary data, camera resolution 46 MP will allow for burst shooting at 10 fps (without the extra battery). Coupled with a quick-change system auto focus this will make the Nikon camera D850 well suited for shooting sporting events.

The camera will not be compatible with battery grip MB-D12. The manufacturer will offer a new model designed specifically for the D850. The camera will be compatible with batteries EN-EL15, but at the same time it will be released a new version of the battery — the EN-EL15a.

It is expected that the camera will be available in October and will be approximately 1000 euros more expensive models D810, production of which will continue. Recall that the D810 now can be bought for about 2150 Euro.
