ATP Electronics offers the SSD flash memory 3D NAND chips in its own production

Company ATP Electronics at Embedded World in 2017, presented several series of SSD flash memory 3D NAND. The advantages of such a memory manufacturer include higher density, lower cost in terms of gigabytes and a high enough resource. ATP Electronics can automatically packing the crystals in the finished chip, by adjusting the density of the layout of the SDP, DDP, QDP or ODP BGA.

Among the new products appear on model SATA drive (size 2.5 in), mSATA, SlimSATA, M. 2 2280. The minimum amount in all cases is 128 GB and the maximum is 512GB (mSATA and SlimSATA), 1 TB (M. 2) and 2 TB (SATA). Speed characteristics differ between the series so much and can achieve 530-550 MB/s for streaming read operations and 420-450 MB/s in the case record. It is worth noting an extended operating temperature range, -40°C to 85°C. In the case of loss of power supply probability of data corruption is reduced thanks to optimizations on the level of firmware and hardware design.
