Asus ROG Strix and Strix Gaming B250G B250H Gaming motherboard for a gaming PC entry level
The range of motherboards Asus has replenished with two models of the gaming series Republic of Gamers: the Strix and Strix Gaming B250G B250H Gaming. The new products are designed for low-cost gaming PC Intel Core sixth and seventh generation. The first cost is 100 Euro, the second EUR 130.
The difference in price is due to the size of the boards and, consequently, a different configuration, although the novelty is built on the same chipset – Intel B250.
Asus ROG Strix Gaming B250G is characterized by the size microATX (24,4 x 21,8 cm) and is suitable for use in relatively small enclosures. It has one PCI Express x16 and two PCI Express x1 slots, four slots for modules of RAM DDR4, six ports SATA 6 GB/s and two M. 2 (one of them supports installing the storage format 22110).
On the rear panel of Asus ROG Strix Gaming B250G six USB ports, two video outputs (DVI and HDMI) and standard jacks to connect audio devices.
The back panel of Asus ROG Strix Gaming B250H richer, but only through S/PDIF and two nests with a diameter of 3.5 mm.
But expansion slots more. For example, PCI Express x16’ve been here for two (the second is given only four lines of interface, but support of technology AMD CrossFireX stated), and slots PCI Express x1 – four. Configuration of SATA ports, M. 2 slots for RAM corresponds to the configuration of ROG Strix B250G Gaming.
Both motherboards feature audio subsystem SupremeFX S1220A and Intel I219-V. the Size of the model Asus ROG Strix B250H Gaming – ATX (30.5 x 23.4 cm).
