APU AMD A12-9800 was clocked to 4.8 GHz, using standard AMD cooler Wraith

After tests APU AMD A12-9800 appeared first overclocking results. They show an impressive overclocking potential. As is known, the configuration of A12-9800 includes a Quad-core CPU. Its base frequency is 3.8 GHz and the high — 4.2 GHz. As can be seen in the figure, the processor can be overclocked to 4.8 GHz. Note that we used a regular cooler AMD Wraith.

The processor was installed in AM4 connector on the motherboard Asus Octopus AMD B350. The system configuration included 16 GB DDR4-2133 memory.
