Apple sues Qualcomm in the UK

After the lawsuits against Qualcomm filed in the United States and China, Apple filed a similar lawsuit in the UK.

According to Apple, the company Qualcomm has violated the obligation to license the patents that are part of cellular standards, for accessible and non-discriminatory conditions. Patent numbers on the record, dated March 2, is not specified.

The essence of the claims Apple made in earlier claims, is that Qualcomm allegedly demanded inflated license fees. At the same time, Qualcomm claim that Apple was offered the same licensing terms as other partners, so that about any speech can not be.
