Apple COO will discuss with Foxconn production problem X iPhone

Apple COO Jeff Williams (Jeff Williams) has planned this month trip to Taiwan, where he will meet with the head of Foxconn, to discuss problems in the production of the iPhone X.


Jeff Williams will travel to Taiwan to participate in the celebration of the 30th anniversary of TSMC, which is a supplier of single-chip systems Apple A11 Bionic for new smartphones.



KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo (Ming-Chi Kuo) said earlier that the stores at the start of sales will be 2 to 3 million iPhone smartphones X. He added that for the quarter will be released up to 30 million new smartphones.

The representative of Yuanta Investment Consulting Jeff PU (Jeff Pu) believes that Apple will release a 32 million iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus in the current quarter, in the first quarter of next year Apple plans to produce only 16 million of these smartphones.


As for the iPhone X, in this quarter, according to Yuanta Investment, the production capacity will be 35 million smartphones, and 39 million units.
