AMD have compared my processor to Intel in many games
At yesterday’s event, AMD has not told anything new about the processors Ryzen. But as it turned out, this is true only for that part of the event, which was available to all. Later behind closed doors, AMD held a small demonstration and shared a number of tests.
Often the tests that are available from the manufacturer of a device always acknowledge its own product against competitors. Surprisingly, this time it was not so. As you can see in the chart below, in comparison with Intel processors AMD products often showed slightly lower performance. In General, the company wanted to show the parity of its processors from Intel, rather than, as is almost always to convince the audience in the complete defeat of the enemy.
As you can see, Ryzen 7 1700X compared with Core i7-6800K and Ryzen 7 1700 fought with the Core i7-7700K. In both cases, if we talk about official prices, the processors are indeed direct competitors. Yes, recently the sellers have to reduce prices on Intel, however, it is unknown the extent to which the trend is supported by other sellers and whether it will touch all markets.
