After a brief respite, Windows 10 has continued to increase its share on Steam

A month ago we reported that for the first time since the release of Windows 10 to the market share of the digital distribution service computer games Steam has fallen (48,95% to 48.9%).

Recent data indicate that over the last month, Windows 10 increased its share to 49.33%. 64-bit version of the new OS prefer 47,98% of users of Steam, its share increased by 0.7%.

64-bit version of Windows 8.1 was another operating system of Microsoft, which showed a slight improvement, being installed on computers 8.7% of the players. Totally different versions of Windows on Steam today prefer 95,46% of users.

In terms of the characteristics of the PC remains unchanged. The main audience has a dual core processor, 8 GB RAM, monitor with resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and (if we talk about discrete graphics) video card GeForce GTX 970.
