Achilles computing module built on FPGA Altera Arria 10

The Embedded World exhibition 2017 to be held in Nuremberg from 14 to 16 March, the company ReFLEX CES coincided with the screening of new product categories System-On-Module, called Achilles. This computational module is interesting because it is the first to be built on FPGA Altera Arria 10. The module is equipped with four standard interfaces FMC.

Applications of Achilles include video streaming, computer vision, industrial and military electronics, test, measurement and medical equipment.

In the exposition of the ReFLEX CES will be another product on FPGA Altera Arria 10. This network processor XpressGXA10-LP1150 in the form of an expansion card for a PCIe slot. It is intended, in particular, to supercomputer systems.

We will remind, at the end of 2015, the company Altera became part of Intel.
