Experts of the analytical company Jon Peddie Research (JPR) summed up the first quarter of the current year in the market of 3D cards for the PC.

From the published report that the market fell significantly as compared to the previous quarter, and compared to the first quarter last year. According to analysts ‘ estimates for the quarter, the market for 3D cards decreased 29.8%, for the year to 19.2%.

Amid the market contraction, the redistribution of shares among its participants, producing the GPU. Only two participants, so that the decrease in the share of AMD for the quarter from 29.5% to 27.5% was accompanied by an increase in the share of Nvidia from 70.5% to 72.5%.
