A400 for SSD with capacity of 480 GB Kingston asking $140

Kingston has expanded the range of inexpensive solid-state drives models of the line A400.

The device is based on the Phison controller S11 and 15-nanometer memory Toshiba TLC NAND. Given a choice of three models 120, 240 and 480 GB. The read speed for all declared equal to 500 MB/s write Speed in the order of 320, 350 and 450 MB/s.

Performance the company does not specify a value for TBW is 40, 80 and 160 TB. All drives covers three-year warranty. The cost of SSD is equal to $50 (120 GB), $80 (240 GB) and $140 (480 GB).
