A single-chip system MediaTek MT2533D is designed for smart headsets and headphones

The company MediaTek has introduced a single-chip system MT2533D designed for smart headsets, headphones, public address systems, and other similar products.

The advantages MT2533D manufacturer include a built-in playback function of sound in MP3 format which works without a smartphone. Support up to 4 GB of external flash memory allows you to locally store a large music library.

In MT2533D also integrated CPU ARM Cortex-M4 digital signal processor (DSP), 4 MB of memory and PSRAM 4 MB flash memory, digital and analog interfaces, and a Bluetooth dual mode (2.1 and 4.2 Low Energy). Forces DSP, equipped with its own built-in memory, has the function of noise cancelling and Wake on voice command, and support for A2DP, HFP and Advanced Wireless Stereo. Single-chip the system can play the role of a microcontroller for other applications, for example, work with a biometric sensor, camera, display. Using SDIO, it is possible to connect a Wi-Fi module.

Delivery MT2533D will begin this quarter.
