2017 jubilee year may be a record for the iPhone, says KGI Securities
KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo (Ming-Chi Kuo) recently said that the iPhone 8 which will be released next year, will be support wireless charging technology.
According to the analyst, to improve the efficiency of the technology Apple had to abandon the use of the aluminum body in favor of an all-glass housing. In the latest statement of Ming-Chi Kuo added that support wireless charging and glass housing will not be exclusive features of the older model iPhine 8.
«A new smartphone with a display diagonal of 4.7 inches will differ by the presence of the glass housing and support wireless charging technology, says the analyst. — This model looks well balanced and can spur demand for the iPhone».
Ming-Chi Kuo believes that next year Apple may set a new record in sales of smartphones iPhone. This will contribute to a completely new design and significantly improved performance.
«To predict the demand for the second half of next year is quite difficult, because circumstances can change at any time. However, providers are already focused on iPhone shipments in the area of 120-150 million units in the second half of 2017.
